Lyndsey blends her background of Pilates, Barre, strength training, and functional conditioning into a fun and challenging results-oriented method. She has been teaching dance and fitness from coast to coast for over fifteen years, spreading her passion for the craft, and learning new techniques along the way. A certified Pilates and Barre instructor as well as former professional dancer with a BFA in Dance, the efficiency of the body is her main focus.
